Chilli is my new up and coming male, he is a bit over  two and has recently covered two of my females which have now been sold.   I selected Chilli due to his markings, especially his very unusual facial colouring,  his good bloodlines and his sweet temperament, all important in my breeding program.

Chili is a very mellow boy that takes everything in his stride. When he first arrived he had to meet the chickens, cat, horses and sheep and he hardly reacted to any of them. He loves his food and is a very sweet, curious but respectful male. He shares his paddock with Merlin and the two of them are great mates. When Merlin was knocked out to be wethered Chilli stood at the gate and watched over his friend until he was back on his fee.

Chilli has been really easy to train and has taken especially well to clicker training. He will now load and unload onto a float off lead, as well as place his nose in his halter. I hope to do more work with him in spring when we have some nicer weather.
